The customer-related data (especially the data collected from the vehicle) is primarily used to show you data about your vehicle via the autoSense app.
In general, autoSense only collects, stores and processes data that is required to fulfil legal provisions, to provide and develop the Service, namely the guarantee of a high Service quality, for the security of operation and infrastructure, to perform the contract, to complete and care for customer relations as well as for invoicing.
If you add and use services from our partners via the autoSense app (e.g. in the area of roadside assistance, vehicle insurance, auto repairs or refuelling), then autoSense discloses certain data to these partners or grants them access to such data respectively. Such disclosure or such access is being made to the extent required by the respective partner in order to provide its services or to perform the corresponding transactions (e.g. refuelling event). In the event of services from partners that go beyond performing individual transactions, your prior consent will be obtained for the disclosure of data or the granting of access thereto. The partner services can be deselected in the autoSense app at any time.
